During this liturgical season of Eastertide, Carol Barry invites us into a reflective and restful day of contemplative prayer practice in the ancient tradition of Visio Divina. In the beautiful visual landscape of Ballyvaloo this day is an opportunity to explore and to deepen our awareness, and recognition of Divine presence and activity in our lives. A day to cultivate “Divine Seeing”, through visual images offered in nature, art, poetry and the biblical narratives of Eastertide…

Carol Barry brings to her ministry a particular interest in, and use of the rich resources for spiritual living offered in the texts of Sacred Scripture, and that of the Natural World. In addition she will draw on resources from the wellspring of Poetry and The Arts.
Over the past 40 years Carol has ministered in Ireland and abroad as a Retreat Director, and Lecturer in Spirituality and Sacred Scripture. In her ministry she also draws on her training and experience in the area of Bibliodrama, Deep Talk Soul Stories and Spiritual Direction.
