Connecting with our own heart and the hearts of others to reduce isolation in challenging times. A time of mindful guided reflection and nurturing self-care based on current neuroscience and psycho-spirituality.
(This is a retreat for those of all faiths and none).
We live in a time of great conflict, uncertainty and suffering.
This retreat gives us an opportunity to find space within and around us to land safely, slow right down and find calm as we move into what can be a mad rush towards Christmas day. Christmas for some can be a lonely, isolating and disappointing time or for others a time of frenzy and overwhelm with high, unmet expectations while for others still, a time of great excitement, joy and celebration. This is an opportunity to let go of the internal noise, slow down and connect with our own hearts and the hearts of others. It will also be an opportunity to gently touch our own suffering and lean into it with compassion, gratitude and joy. We will learn how to self-regulate and with balance and harmony celebrate the present moment, feel reconnected and ready to be present to whatever Christmas brings.
