Retreats
Guided by the values of the Sisters of St. John of God: hospitality, compassion and faith-view of life, Ballyvaloo offers retreat space for individuals and/or groups to enjoy God’s presence in a peaceful setting for a few hours or longer.
Our programme offers a variety of 6-day preached retreats during the summer months. We offer an Easter Triduum and Advent retreats. Congregations and groups are welcome to organise their own retreat at the centre.
Primary and Secondary Level Students are welcome for Prayer and Retreat Days.
We also offer the Centre’s facilities to many guest groups, who seek a restful place to meet, and whose planned programmes aim to educate and enhance the quality of life for themselves and others.
Our well-equipped Conference Hall is comfortable and is an ideal space for inservice and training days.
